Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-suit investigations, validity/infringement analyses, and freedom-to-operate reviews for cutting-edge tech patents
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery (including expert reports/depositions), and prepare for Markman hearings in federal courts
• Participate in PTAB proceedings (IPR, reexamination) and ITC Section 337 investigations from strategy through hearing
• Handle full-spectrum patent litigation — from complaint drafting and claim construction to trial preparation and appeals
• Collaborate on case management — running significant portions independently while benefiting from direct mentorship by top-ranked, trial-experienced partners
