Based in LA with an office near Piedmont, CA - We are a leading custom stone & tile general contractor that works with high end 5 star hotels, casinos, commercial high rises and homes around the US. We have multiple multi-million dollar projects starting soon and are looking for Ast. Project Managers & Project Engineers to join our team to oversee day to day operations of those upcoming projects.

What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for an experienced
Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in project management and is looking to advance their career within the stone and tile industry. While management is the core focus, candidates with experience in estimating and drafting will be highly valued.
Responsibilities Include - Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, with a focus on anchored/mechanically fastened stone cladding systems and large-scale tile projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Support the transition to Revit for shop drawing and modeling operations.
- Work closely with estimators to develop competitive bids, particularly in tile projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance, leveraging strong computer and software skills.
- Contribute to internal reorganization and future-proofing of the company as senior team members transition to retirement.
What You Need For This Position - 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction or architectural surfaces industry.
- Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in construction management software, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Background in estimating and drafting is a plus, but not essential.
- Experience with complex, engineered anchorage systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
