Location: Olympia, WA
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $800+ Daily Guarantee or 30% of Collections
Bonus: Up to $15,000 in Sign-On, Relocation, or CE Support

A well-established, fully digital private practice in Olympia, WA is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist . Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality general dentistry in a modern, digital environment
- Build long-term relationships with patients and support their oral health goals
- Perform a wide range of procedures including oral surgery, grafting, and sedation
- Collaborate with a skilled team to maintain an efficient, patient-focused practice
- Participate in practice operations and leadership as part of the ownership track
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Active Washington state dental license or ability to obtain
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience or completion of GPR/AEGD preferred
- Experience with implants, oral surgery, or sedation is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach to care
Compensation and Benefits:
- Daily guarantee of $800+ or 30% of collections during the ramp-up period
- Up to $15,000 in sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, or CE reimbursement
- W2 or 1099 employment structure available based on preference
