Associate Dentist
Location: Springfield, IL.
Schedule: Full-Time, 4 Days Per Week (No Weekends).
Compensation: $150,000 Base Salary + Bonus.
Earning Potential: $250,000 to $400,000+ Annually.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general dentistry services to patients of all ages.
- Perform restorative, removable, and anterior endodontic procedures.
- Assist with or learn guided implant placement and Invisalign treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Contribute to a patient-first, team-oriented practice culture.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active Illinois dental license or eligibility to obtain.
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- Interest in mentorship and continuous improvement.
- Open to both experienced providers and new graduates.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary of $150,000 for the first two years.
- Earning potential from $250,000 to $300,000+.

- $20,000 to $30,000 available in sign-on, relocation, or CE bonuses.
