Position: Associate Dentist – Full Time
Location: Newington, CT
Salary: $225,000 – $350,000 annually

About The Practice
- Established practice serving the community since 1982
- Payer mix: 60% PPO / 40% Fee-for-Service
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Active patients: ~1,900
- Technology: Digital X-rays, iTero Scanner
- Operatories: 3 doctor chairs, 2 hygiene chairs

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
- Strong focus on preventive and comprehensive care
- GPR or AEGD preferred
