Childcare Assistant Director - Memphis, TN
Join our team as a Childcare Assistant Director and lead the daily operations of our center, fostering a positive and nurturing environment. You’ll ensure our programs meet local and federal standards, support and develop our team, and build strong relationships with families and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, engaging, and supportive space
- Oversee curriculum planning and staff coordination in compliance with regulations.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Maintain strong relationships with the community.
- Ensure all licensing and regulatory requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in early education.
- Assistant Director or Daycare Owner experience preferred
- Knowledge of Tennessee childcare regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and highly organized.
