Job Title: Antitrust Attorney/Associate

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid – 3 Days Remote per Week)

Salary: Up to $350,000 per year

Experience Required: 1-5 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Antitrust Associate to join our dynamic legal team in Washington, DC. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-impact antitrust matters, including investigations, litigation, compliance, and merger reviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in antitrust law, particularly with experience before the DOJ, FTC, or in private practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal counsel on federal and state antitrust laws, including the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, and FTC Act
  • Represent clients in investigations and enforcement actions initiated by regulatory agencies
  • Advise on merger clearance, antitrust risk in transactions, and pre-merger notification filings under the HSR Act
  • Conduct antitrust audits and assist in implementing compliance programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage litigation strategy and regulatory filings
  • Draft and review legal documents, opinions, and memoranda

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; must be licensed to practice in Washington, DC or eligible for waiver
  • Minimum of 1 years of antitrust law experience, preferably in a law firm, government agency, or corporate legal department
  • Strong understanding of antitrust regulatory landscape, economic principles, and enforcement trends
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
