The Advisory Sales Operations & Analytics Manager will join the recently created Advisory Sales Strategy & Implementation team within the Advisory Experience department that serves as a primary driver of organic growth at Cetera Financial Group. This role requires a generalist skillset and growth mindset. It will focus on building and optimizing sales processes, reporting, and analytics to enable data-informed decisions and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working through ambiguity, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. There will be opportunities for participation in a variety of projects, and the role is likely to evolve and grow as the team matures. The Advisory Sales Operations & Analytics Manager will both advise leadership and serve a key role in executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aimed at operationalizing best-in-class sales practices, sales tools and technology, performance management infrastructure, go-to-market (GTM) execution excellence, decision support, and GTM strategy. In this role, there will be significant energy spent on cross-functional collaboration, change management projects, sales activity analysis and recommendations, and process improvement.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $90,000-$125,000, plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
