Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our team and grow relationships within the custom and production homebuilder markets. This is a key role with tremendous opportunity to make a real impact with a well-established and respected brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with custom and production homebuilders in the region
• Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions from our product lines: millwork, architectural hardware, and turnkey installation services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional customer service from bid to closeout
• Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, design, operations, and logistics) to ensure seamless project execution
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development – ideally within the building materials or residential construction industry
• Strong network or experience working with custom and/or production homebuilders
• Working knowledge of millwork, doors, trim, hardware, and/or turnkey service models is a strong plus
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
